It is made of heavy duty water resistant material throughout the bag. It holds up to 10 discs.

The Discraft Tournament Bag holds 12-14 discs, which makes for a lighter load to carry during grueling rounds. Quality workmanship provides a specially designed PVC bottom to keep the wet out, rigid plastic panel for the interior bottom adding more strength, 2 rigid plastic panels with velcro edges for easy adjustment serve as sturdy dividers, exterior front open pocket with embroidered logo, side zippered pocket (8" x 8" x 2.5"), back zippered and open pockets, large insulated drink holder, padded adjustable shoulder strap, loops for attaching towel, top rain fly with zippers on sides and quick release velcro in front.
